Making the Sanctuary

Day 11

Today I've been very busy with the preparations for our new enclosure. The Dinovent6000 has been installed, along with the electric fences. The fences are very important in this case, as they will be needed to stop the t-rex from escaping!

Five minutes ago I received exciting news, express delivery by our carrier pterodactyl. Our latest egg has hatched. This one is a diplodocus, the largest species we've bred so far. We have high hopes for this dinosaur, and not just because it'll grow to be tall!

Hang on, that's the phone ringing in the background, I better go and answer it ...

Hmm, that's strange. The man on the other end of the phone is coming for a visit tomorrow. He wouldn't tell me his name and I've no idea who it was. How very strange. I guess I'll find out who it was in the morning.
